Return and refund
How many days do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the receipt date of the package to request a return. For more information, see the procedure for returning goods in France or from abroad.

Winter holidays 2022 : we are exceeding the return period for 45 days for all orders passed between November 14th to 20th.

Are returns free of charge?

Outside of promotion periods, returns are free of charge from Metropolitan France, including Corsica. From abroad, they are charged to the customer.

What is the return procedure from Metropolitan France, including Corsica ?

For regular returns 

    • Login to your customer account and go to “Oder history and details” section.
    • Click at the order of your choice and pick the pieces you wish to return.
    • Pick the return reason from the list.
    • Download the return form and put it inside the package.
    • Include this form with your return. It will allow us to identify your return and send you a refund once we receive your package.
    • Click on the "Generate a return label" button. Your return label will be downloaded automatically for orders placed via Colissimo. For orders placed with DHL, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain your prepaid return label.Returned products must be brand new, with tags attached, with hygienic liners on (for bodies, swimsuits, and underwear), and returned in their original packaging.
    • If you want the Colissimo service to collect your parcel from your mailbox, you can click on "Confirm delivery". It is necessary to print the label 24 hours before the letter carrier arrives.
    • If you have any problems generating the return label, please contact customer service at [email protected]
    • Returned products must be in new condition, always labelled and returned in their original packaging, with hygienic protection for swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
    • If you are returning your order in full, please also enclose any valuable gift items, which will otherwise be charged at the selling price indicated on the e-shop. Thank you for your understanding.

For discounted items returns 

Returns of discounted items are paid by the customer.

    • Login to your customer account and go to “Oder history and details” section.
    • Click at the order of your choice and pick the pieces you wish to return.
    • Pick the return reason from the list.
    • Download the return form and put it inside the package.

                I did not receive the order or shipment confirmation by email

                Please check your spam folder, it is possible that the email is in it.

                The order confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is placed. If you have not received it and your bank / PayPal account has not been charged, it means that your order has not been confirmed. 

                If your account has been charged but you have not received a confirmation email, please write to us via the contact form or directly by email [email protected] providing as much information as possible (the name and email used to make the order, the order number if you have one, etc.) 

                The shipment email is sent once the package is shipped out. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact customer service to ensure that your order has been processed.

                Can I change or cancel my order?

                Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a modification or cancellation of an order because once it is in the preparation stage, we have very little time to modify it. Please contact us by email [email protected], specify the modifications, and add "Urgent" to the subject line.

                We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it.

                Is it possible to regroup my orders?

                If you passed 2 or more orders within one day and they have not yet been processed by our logistics team, we can regroup the shipping. Please send us an email to [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject line and specify your order numbers.

                The shipment status of my order has not been updated for a week

                Shipment delays by carriers are unfortunately beyond our control. In the case of a delay, please check the status of your order using your tracking number that was sent to you in the shipment confirmation email. However, if the shipment status has not been updated for a week, please inform us via the contact form or directly by email [email protected] and we will make a claim to the carrier.

                Is my payment perfectly secure?

                All your order and payment data are sent in an encrypted form by the SSL protocol, from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our banking partner.

                A closed padlock security symbol appears at the bottom of the page. You can therefore pay online with complete peace of mind, no data is stored.

                Which payment methods are accepted?

                We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, also Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.

                We do not accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.

                Orders starting from €300 made from metropolitain France can be paid in three installments via Alma (commission fee 1,56%).

                After sales service
                My package arrived damaged / opened

                Please contact our customer service via the contact form or directly by email [email protected] if you have refused the package to the carrier because of damage. If you could not refuse the package, please also contact the customer service and send pictures of the damaged package. 

                The article that I ordered on the Louise Misha website has a defect, what to do?

                Despite all our quality controls, there are rare cases of quality issues. Please contact our customer service via the contact form or directly by email [email protected] and send us photos of the defects.  

                The article that I purchased at a reseller has a defect, what to do?

                To find your perfect size and feel comfortable in your lingerie, swimwear or pyjama, use the equivalence charts. 

                Because your size changes between brands, models and countries, if you're not sure of your size, follow the steps in our short fitting guide to measure yourself.

                1. Stand in front of a mirror and hold yourself upright.

                2. Place the tape on the area to be measured. It should be flat, not too tight and not too wide.

                3. A little advice: don't inflate your chest or stomach, breathe normally.

                4. Take your measurements and enter them in the measurement charts.

                Our clothes are adapted to the child age. We recommend to take the size that corresponds to your child's age, unless she is really bigger or smaller than average!

                Please note that our fits cut big in order to give this very loose style that we like so much. Our sizes and styles remain similar from one season to the next! For dresses, three lengths are available: short, medium, and long.

                The lengths of each dress are indicated on each product page to help you in your selection.

                A dress can easily be worn in the size above the age of the little girl as an oversized look, then normal, and it can become a top when the girl grows up!

                Our values and commitments
                Our commitments

                Since the brand was created in 2012, it has grown very quickly. The label’s creator, Marie Pidancet, wanted to make a commitment to limit Louise Misha’s ecological footprint as much as possible. Fashion is a highly polluting industry and we are fully aware of our responsibility in that area. Thus we seek alternatives to create eco-responsible clothing. Our future organic line is fully inscribed in this approach. Tomorrow, we will expand this experience as much as possible to all our creations.

                We have already set up:

                • Packaging made of biodegradable materials (up to now we used recycled plastic but are currently going further. Our packaging now comes from recycled and biodegradable materials). This packaging is not visible by our clients. It is our in-house approach.
                • Packaging for e-shop purchases that is now more pared down, compact and responsible.
                • A GOTS-certified organic clothing line. This certification system for textile products is the most complete in that it requires a production which respects sustainable development. The materials are exclusively organic and bio-sourced (our organic cotton comes from fair-trade commerce). Our garment labels are in recycled cardboard and our packaging pouches are made from corn starch.

                Choice of materials

                For each collection, we emphasize natural materials that respect the environment without cutting corners on quality and production costs. Our environmental commitment must still allow us to develop lovely collections at the right prices. This is another way of being responsible.


                1. 80% of our materials are made with natural fibers such as wool and silk. 

                Among plant-based materials, we opt for cotton and organic cotton.

                The organic cotton used in our organic line is grown without pesticides, insecticides or chemical fertilizer and without GMOs. Growing organic cotton also consumes much less water in comparison with growing conventional cotton.


                2. Synthetic and artificial materials

                For our children’s collections, we only use soft, natural materials. The exception is in winter when we use fake fur which for us is the only alternative to real fur that we refuse to use.

                For women’s clothing, we also use pretty rayons to replace silk so we can offer our clients affordable pieces.

                Relationships with our factories

                We visit our partner workshops regularly to verify that the production is running smoothly, discuss ideas with them for going forward and give them feedback from our clients.

                We have always worked only with small workshops who pay their employees proper wages. We select all our partner workshops for their high standards in terms of skills and respectful working conditions.


                Factory in China (areas of expertise: silk, cotton, lingerie, bathing suits

                Though often blamed for their practices, Chinese workshops are not necessarily synonymous with underpaid workers. In China we use a workshop run by an exceptional woman who has fought hard to launch and develop her activity. She is also a friend of the designer.

                Factory in India (areas of expertise: prints, silk, cotton and embroideries)

                We use two workshops in India run by very charming families. Passionate about their profession, they both emphasize human relationships. This is one of the reasons we work with them.

                Factory in Italy (area of expertise: knitwear)

                We have used this workshop near Bologna for a number of years. Their know-how and expertise in knitwear is of an extremely high quality!

                France (socks and jewelry)

                We have produced our socks in France since we started the company. Today we could send this production elsewhere in Europe to have more competitive tariffs but ... we want to keep part of our production in France to support the country’s economy and job market. You may not know it but each Winter our tights and socks are our best-sellers. Thus this production is very important for Louise Misha. We also make our jewelry in our Parisian workshop.

                Portugal : (jersey and fleece in organic cotton)

                Our organic cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts are made in a workshop located in Porto. Portugal has a high degree of expertise in prints and gentle washes.

                General Data Protection Regulation

                The company MA Factory collects the personal data of the users on the website which are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations.

                The personal data that can be collected are:

                • - User data needed to execute the order (last name, first name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, size of clothing)
                • - Data on banking information (credit card or PayPal)
                • - Navigation data (browser, date and time of connection, IP address, location data)

                User data will not be retained beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set forth herein and in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

                In this respect, the data used for prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the closure of the user's account or the last contact of the prospect concerned. User data is cleared when storage times expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the purposes of research, the finding, and the prosecution of criminal offenses for the sole purpose of allowing, as needed, the provision of such data to the judicial authority.
