To log in, click on the icon “View my customer account” in the upper right corner.
To update your personal information or your password, please click on “My Account / Information”.
You can delete your account at any moment. However, you will lose access to your order history, discount vouchers, invoices, and other information. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via the contact form or directly by email [email protected].
It is possible to order on our website without creating your personal account. When entering your shipping address, uncheck “password” and no personal account will be created. After ordering, you will thus have no order history.
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by entering your email address. A link will be emailed to you (please check your spam folder). If you do not receive the email, please contact us via the contact form or directly by email [email protected].
When creating your customer account, you have the option of subscribing to our newsletter. You will receive all the updates as well as special offers as soon as they become available. You can also subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address directly in the designated field at the bottom of our webpage.
You can unsubscribe at any moment in the “Information” section of your customer account or directly in one of the newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.
