Free delivery for France for orders above 180€ and from 250€ of purchase for the rest of the world.
The order is processed in 24 to 48 hours and the delivery period is under 3 days for France and 7 out of France (working days). During high peak season (such as the launch of a new collection), preparation time can be extended to 72h.
Please note, these deadlines are only indicative and are not guaranteed by Colissimo. The shipping costs are:
- France
> 6€: Delivery in pickup point possible
> 7€: Delivery upon signature mandatory
- French Overseas territories: 25€
> Delivery upon signature mandatory or delivery in pickup point possible
- Europe: 10€
> Delivery upon signature mandatory or delivery in pickup point possible
The tracking number of your shipment will be indicated on your customer account and in the confirmation email.

ZONE 1: France (excluding Overseas Territories) - 12€
DELAYS : D+1 (excluding Saturday) for any order made before 11AM
ZONE 2: Europe (except Norway and Switzerland) - 15€
DELAYS : D+1 to 2 (excluding Saturday) for any order made before 11AM
ZONE 3 - 25€
Albania, Bosnia, Israel, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Mexico, China, South Korea, Hong Kong, Japan
DELAYS : D+1 to 3 (excluding Saturday) for any order made before 11AM
ZONE 4: Rest of the world- 40€

DELAYS : D+2 à 5 (excluding Saturday) for any order made before 11AM

For shipments outside the European Union, please note that, beyond our control, your parcel could be temporarily held in customs (from our experience, this kind of delays are frequent in certain countries such as USA, Israel and Japan). These delays are usually frequent for express delivery.
Customs clearance may result in the payment of additional charges and taxes, which will be communicated to you either by Customs directly or at the time of receipt of the parcel. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Louise Misha cannot be held responsible for these expenses.
In case of delivery failure (the parcel could not be received at the time allowed, delivery address provided when ordering incorrectly...) and return to our warehouses, we will contact you to define the procedure to follow (organize a new shipment, refund the order).
In case we are not able to join you directly, we will proceed to the refund of the items (any shipping / taxes incurred by Louise Misha on the outward and return journey will be deducted from the value of the order).
What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?
If you think you will be absent at the time of delivery, two options are available:
- - You can have your order delivered to another address (you must mention it before confirming your order).
- - You can have your order delivered a pickup point.
If you want to change your shipping address, please enter the new address before paying, (such as your office address or a friend's address for example).
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You cannot change the delivery address of an order if this one has been already sent. Therefore, we recommend you to update the addresses saved in your account and the one used for the delivery. If you change the delivery address in “My Account” after placing an order, the new address will be update from the next order.
In case of error, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible to shop@louisemisha.com with "URGENT" as a title, and we will do our best to rectify before sending the order, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee it.
We do not have special gift wrapping but we have gift boxes for blouses, dresses, skirts... size. Please note the box is not adapted for small articles (jewels) or large articles (coats). However, we pack all our orders with the same care, kindness and sweet words.
If your order is a gift, please contact us before placing your order to notify us. We will then mention it on the order sheet.
Please note that the mention "Gift" on the shipping documents cannot guarantee the non-payment of customs duties. For shipments outside the European Union we are legally required to provide an invoice with each shipment. For shipments within the European Union we may not include invoices.
