Payment by card declined
For security reasons, our system only accepts payments with a card of the same origin as the country from which you placed the order. To place an order from France, you must use a French card. To order from Switzerland, you must use a card from Switzerland.
Alternatively, you can also send us a payment via PayPal, or ask someone in the country of origin of your card to place the order for you.
The transaction on my credit card / PayPal appears, but I have not received the confirmation email
First, check your Spam folder in case the confirmation email has ended up in there !
If you have been debited to your account, but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us with as much information as possible (your name / email used when you ordered and eventually an order number if you have one...) at the following email address: email@example.com.
Deferred payment - Paypal
If you paid through PayPal with a deferred payment, this means that we will only receive the payment few days after you placed your order. We do not process orders until payment has been received, so your order will take longer to prepare, and there is a risk of stock-outs.
