Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, and PayPal.
We are not able to accept payments by bank transfer or cheque.
I would like to pay with a voucher or a gift card. I want to use a discount code.
To pay for your order (in part or in full) with a voucher or gift card, simply insert the code in the "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" field in your cart.
When will my account be charged?
Your account will be charged as soon as your order has been confirmed. You will also receive an email confirming your order.
Why has my card payment been declined?
A declined transaction could occur due to a failed 3DS authentication or due to your card limit being reached. When in doubt, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or reach out to your bank.
Where can I access my invoices?
You can access your invoices in your order history by logging into your personal account. Your invoices will also be sent to you in electronic format in your order confirmation email and in paper format in your package.
