Email confirming my order not received
First, check in your Spams section if the confirmation email has not slipped in!
The order confirmation email is immediately after ordering. If you did not receive it and you were not charged to your bank account / PayPal, it means that your order has not been validated. In this case please place your order again.
If you have been debited to your account but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us with as much information as possible (the name used when ordering and an order number if you have one) in the following email address email@example.com.
The delivery email is sent once the package has been sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of your order, please contact customer service to ensure that your order has been processed.
