Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Your order will be prepared within 24 hours -Monday to Friday from 7AM to 3PM (French time).
Expres orders if placed before 12AM are prepared the same day.
During busy period -usually Sales, Christmas and new collection launch -this preparation period might be lengthened to allow our team to prepare each order carefully (3 to 5 days for preparation and shipping).
Once sent, you will receive an email confirming the shipment (including a tracking number). For more information, check the Delivery section.
We strive to have the most up-to-date stock possible online. However, some items may be unavailable even though you order has been confirmed.
In this case we will contact you directly in order to offer you either an alternative product or a refund. We will proceed to the reimbursement of the item by crediting your original payment method (account related to your credit card, PayPal account or gift card). The refund process is usually done within 5 working days, but may take longer during busy period. If youdo not receive any news from us, do not hesitate to contact us.

Email confirming my order not received
First, check in your Spams section if the confirmation email has not slipped in!
The order confirmation email is immediately after ordering. If you did not receive it and you were not charged to your bank account / PayPal, it means that your order has not been validated. In this case please place your order again.
If you have been debited to your account but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us with as much information as possible (the name used when ordering and an order number if you have one) in the following email address shop@louisemisha.com.
The delivery email is sent once the package has been sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of your order, please contact customer service to ensure that your order has been processed.
I want to modify my order
Once the order is placed, it is very difficult for us to make changes.
Please send us an email to shop@louisemisha.com at the earliest with "URGENT" as a title of your message and indicate your order number and what would you like to change. We will do everything possible to deal with, but we cannot guarantee it!
The modification of your articles may delay the preparation (D+1) so our logistics team can proceed to the changes.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier using this information.
