You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Send us an email through our contact form selecting "Exchange or refund" or you can reach us directly on our email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please, do not forget to specify the order number and the reason for the return, so that we can better handle your return (and better understand what we can improve !)
For returns (except Sales, Soft Prices and Private Sales) from metropolitan France (including Corsica), our team will send you a prepaid Colissimo voucher to return the item free of charge.
For any other returns (Sales, Soft Prices, Private Sales and any items from abroad), you will be responsible for return costs. After contacting Louise Misha you can return the item(s) ordered to us by sending it to the following address:

To avoid the risk of loss or delay, we advise you to make a package with a tracking number.
Please fill and return the form that was attached to your package. If you don’t have it, you can return a paper indicating the order number, the returned item and the reason for the return so that our logistics can easily identify it ! Please note the return form must be filled, otherwise we cannot identify your return!
Once we have received the item in good condition and in its original package, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the returned item by crediting your original payment method (account related to your credit card, PayPal account or gift card). The refund process is usually done within 5 working days, but may take longer during busy period. If you do not receive any news from us, do not hesitate to contact us!
