Our clothes are adapted to the child age. We recommend to take the size that fits with your child's age, unless she is really bigger or smaller than the average!

Please note that our fits cut big in order to give this very loose style that we like so much. Our sizes and styles remain similar from one season to the next! For dresses, three lengths are available: short, medium and long.

The lengths of each dress are indicated on each product page to help you in your selection.

A dress can easily be worn in the size above the age of the little girl as an oversized look, then normal, and it can become a top when the girl grows up!

Return / Exchange

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.


Send us an email through our contact form selecting "Exchange or refund" or you can reach us directly on our email Please, do not forget to specify the order number and the reason for the return, so that we can better handle your return (and better understand what we can improve !)


For returns (except Sales, Soft Prices and Private Sales) from metropolitan France (including Corsica), our team will send you a prepaid Colissimo voucher to return the item free of charge.

For any other returns (Sales, Soft Prices, Private Sales and any items from abroad), you will be responsible for return costs. After contacting Louise Misha you can return the item(s) ordered to us by sending it to the following address:

To avoid the risk of loss or delay, we advise you to make a package with a tracking number.


Please fill and return the form that was attached to your package. If you don’t have it, you can return a paper indicating the order number, the returned item and the reason for the return so that our logistics can easily identify it ! Please note the return form must be filled, otherwise we cannot identify your return!


Once we have received the item in good condition and in its original package, we will proceed to the reimbursement of the returned item by crediting your original payment method (account related to your credit card, PayPal account or gift card). The refund process is usually done within 5 working days, but may take longer during busy period. If you do not receive any news from us, do not hesitate to contact us!


Would you like to change your item? The easiest way is to place your order directly from our website and then return the unwanted items (Return section). The other option is to return your items first, wait for a refund and then order again. It is really up to you! However, if you choose the second option we cannot guaranty the stock.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Your order will be prepared within 24 hours -Monday to Friday from 7AM to 3PM (French time).

Expres orders if placed before 12AM are prepared the same day.

During busy period -usually Sales, Christmas and new collection launch -this preparation period might be lengthened to allow our team to prepare each order carefully (3 to 5 days for preparation and shipping). 

Once sent, you will receive an email confirming the shipment (including a tracking number). For more information, check the Delivery section.

We strive to have the most up-to-date stock possible online. However, some items may be unavailable even though you order has been confirmed.

In this case we will contact you directly in order to offer you either an alternative product or a refund. We will proceed to the reimbursement of the item by crediting your original payment method (account related to your credit card, PayPal account or gift card). The refund process is usually done within 5 working days, but may take longer during busy period. If youdo not receive any news from us, do not hesitate to contact us.

Email confirming my order not received

First, check in your Spams section if the confirmation email has not slipped in!

The order confirmation email is immediately after ordering. If you did not receive it and you were not charged to your bank account / PayPal, it means that your order has not been validated. In this case please place your order again.

If you have been debited to your account but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us with as much information as possible (the name used when ordering and an order number if you have one) in the following email address

The delivery email is sent once the package has been sent. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of your order, please contact customer service to ensure that your order has been processed.

Means of payment accepted

We accept payments by credit card MasterCard, Visa and American Express, and PayPal.

We are unable to accept payments by bank transfer or check.

Payment by card declined

For security reasons, our system only accepts payments with a card of the same origin as the country from which you placed the order. To place an order from France, you must use a French card. To order from Switzerland, you must use a card from Switzerland.

Alternatively, you can also send us a payment via PayPal, or ask someone in the country of origin of your card to place the order for you.

A lovely Louise Misha Gift Card for your beloved ones!


How to buy a Gift Card?

Select your gift card amount. Then, you can choose at which date you wish the card to be sentand write a short personalized message that will come with your gift card.

Once your order is confirmed, the e-card will be sent by email to the recipient at the selected mailing date. 

The Louise Misha gift card can be used several times and is valid for 1 year including sales and promotional periods.

For any purchase of a gift card, personnalization and sending of the gift card will be done from your customer account, in the "My gift cards" tab. 


Have you received a gift card? 

It’s very easy to use, just enter the code received into the section "GIFT CARD" in your final basket, the amount will be automatically deducted from your order (excluded shipping costs).

You have not received your e-gift card? Remember to check your spam and your promotional emails. If you haven’t received anything, please contact us on with your name, and if possible the name and email of the person who purchased the card.

Delivery by Colissimo (French Post)

Free delivery for France for orders above 180€ and from 250€ of purchase for the rest of the world.

The order is processed in 24 to 48 hours and the delivery period is under 3 days for France and 7 out of France (working days). Please note, these deadlines are only indicative and are not guaranteed by Colissimo. The shipping costs are:

We work with relatively small stocks for each item, and usually have few replenishment, so if you are looking for an item and a specific size we advise you not wait too much! To be kept informed of possible replenishment, we advise you to follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

It happens that an order is cancelled or an item has been returned and get back in stock, so do not hesitate to check on the website from time to time!

The company MA Factory collects the personal data of the users on the website which are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations.

The personal data that can be collected are:

  • - User data needed to execute the order (last name, first name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, size of clothing)

Any physical person using the website may request at any time a right of consultation,rectification and deletion of the collected data, a right of opposition to the processing of his data, a right to the erasure and his personal data.

User data will not be retained beyond the time strictly necessary for the purposes pursued as set forth herein and in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

In this respect, the data used for prospecting purposes may be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the closure of the user's account or the last contact of the prospect concerned. User data is cleared when storage times expire. Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the purposes of research, the finding, and the prosecution of criminal offenses for the sole purpose of allowing, as needed, the provision of such data to the judicial authority.

Archiving implies that these data will be anonymized and will no longer be available online but will be extracted and kept on a secure and independent support.

Our values and commitments
Our commitments

Since the brand was created in 2012, it has grown very quickly. The label’s creator, Marie Pidancet, wanted to make a commitment to limit Louise Misha’s ecological footprint as much as possible. Fashion is a highly polluting industry and we are fully aware of our responsibility in that area. Thus we seek alternatives to create eco-responsible clothing. Our future organic line is fully inscribed in this approach. Tomorrow, we will expand this experience as much as possible to all our creations.

We have already set up:

  • -Packaging made of biodegradable materials (up to now we used recycled plastic but are currently going further. Our packaging now comes from recycled and biodegradable materials). This packaging is not visible by our clients. It is our in-house approach.
  • -Packaging for e-shop purchases that is now more pared down, compact and responsible.
  • -A GOTS-certified organic clothing line. This certification system for textile products is the most complete in that it requires a production which respects sustainable development. The materials are exclusively organic and bio-sourced (our organic cotton comes from fair-trade commerce). Our garment labels are in recycled cardboard and our packaging pouches are made from corn starch.

Choice of materials

For each collection, we emphasize natural materials that respect the environment without cutting corners on quality and production costs. Our environmental commitment must still allow us to develop lovely collections at the right prices. This is another way of being responsible.


1. 80% of our materials are made with natural fibers

Among plant-based materials, we use natural fibers like wool, cotton, organic cotton and silk.

The organic cotton used in our organic line is grown without pesticides, insecticides or chemical fertilizer and without GMOs. Growing organic cotton also consumes much less water in comparison with growing conventional cotton.


2. Synthetic and artificial materials

For our children’s collections, we only use soft, natural materials. The exception is in winter when we use fake fur which for us is the only alternative to real fur that we refuse to use.

For women’s clothing, we also use pretty rayons to replace silk so we can offer our clients affordable pieces.

Relationships with our factories

We visit our partner workshops regularly to verify that the production is running smoothly, discuss ideas with them for going forward and give them feedback from our clients.

We have always worked only with small workshops who pay their employees proper wages. We select all our partner workshops for their high standards in terms of skills and respectful working conditions.


Factory in China (areas of expertise: silk, cotton, lingerie, bathing suits

Though often blamed for their practices, Chinese workshops are not necessarily synonymous with underpaid workers. In China we use a workshop run by an exceptional woman who has fought hard to launch and develop her activity. She is also a friend of the designer.

Factory in India (areas of expertise: prints, silk, cotton and embroideries)

We use two workshops in India run by very charming families. Passionate about their profession, they both emphasize human relationships. This is one of the reasons we work with them.

Factory in Italy (area of expertise: knitwear)

We have used this workshop near Bologna for a number of years. Their know-how and expertise in knitwear is of an extremely high quality!

France (socks and jewelry)

We have produced our socks in France since we started the company. Today we could send this production elsewhere in Europe to have more competitive tariffs but ... we want to keep part of our production in France to support the country’s economy and job market. You may not know it but each Winter our tights and socks are our best-sellers. Thus this production is very important for Louise Misha. We also make our jewelry in our Parisian workshop.

Portugal : (jersey and fleece in organic cotton)

Our organic cotton t-shirts and sweatshirts are made in a workshop located in Porto. Portugal has a high degree of expertise in prints and gentle washes.
